DESCRIPTION: It is a product obtained from a mixture of Purple Garlic Argentino Zaeli and condiments. Upon arriving at the Industry, the raw material undergoes strict control that aims to guarantee the quality and uniformity of the product. The product is obtained by means of a preparation that comprises the following process: peeling the garlic, kneading, adding salt, cumin, bay leaf, glutamate, vegetable fat, green onions and onions, to then be packed in their own packaging. Always following the rules of the Ministry of Health, each batch produced is strictly controlled in order to ensure its quality and standard.
UTILITY: In the preparation of savory dishes, meat seasoning and others.
INGREDIENTS: Salt, garlic, hydrogenated vegetable fat, powdered bay leaf, cumin, onion, parsley, chives and monosodium glutamate flavor enhancer (INS 621).
