DEFINITION: Product obtained from the mixture of “Biju” type Cassava Flour and condiments. The entire process of industrialization of the product is strictly controlled according to the rules of the Ministry of Health, in order to ensure the quality and uniformity of the final product.
UTILITY: Zaeli farofa is ideal to accompany that Brazilian barbecue.
INGREDIENTS: Corn flour, hydrogenated vegetable fat, salt, bacon, garlic, onion, red pepper, black pepper, cumin, parsley, aroma similar to natural bacon and picanha, monosodium glutamate flavor enhancer (INS 621) and BHT antioxidant (INS 321).
